To ensure clarity and consistency, instruct teams to submit their files as:

PDF for written documents (Overview, Technical Report, Ethics Report).
MP4 or YouTube link for the demonstration video.
GitHub/GitLab link for code repositories.
PowerPoint or PDF for the slide deck.

On the submission day, we will download all the documents and you won't be able to submit any edits. Any documents updated after the deadline will not be considered. If we are not able to download all documents on the deadline, your solution will not be judged.
